Online Learning
Our online Introduction to Error Management course is available completely free of charge through our Knowledge Center!
We have developed a set of four introductory modules that work through the following concepts, demonstrating their utility, and identifying their weaknesses.
- Overview
- Human Factors
- Error Management Techniques
- Quality and Safety
Each module is comprised of 2 fifteen-minute presentations, and 2 multiple-choice quizzes. Registration is free and allows you access to the full course content. Upon successful completion of all quizzes, a certificate of completion is available for download.
Course presentations are available in iPhone and iPad compatible versions.
Please note - The online learning presentations are managed using Moodle, an online learning management system. If you've registered for the Quality Improvement ToolBox, your username and password are not automatically transferred to the online learning system. This means, unfortunately, that you'll need to create a separate account for the online learning system. You can, however, use the same username and password for both systems.
